U.S. Representative Paul A. Gosar (R-AZ, 4th) is calling on Arizona Governor Doug Ducey to call a special session of the AZ Legislature under Article IV of its state constitution to investigate the accuracy and reliability of the Dominion ballot software and its impact on their general election due to numerous "hiccups" across the country causing vote count irregularities. According to an article in USA Today, a failure to update the software was the cause of the "glitch".
